DUBAI: Following a spectacular opening weekend, Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2025 continues to delight with fresh events, exclusive discounts, and engaging experiences citywide in its second week.
Running until 31 August, DSS 2025 features thousands of activities and offers across shopping, dining, concerts, fitness, family fun and more, with 7,500+ Buy-One-Get-One promotions and three themed retail seasons enhancing value for both residents and visitors.

Enjoy 25% to 75% off across hundreds of brands as part of DSS 2025’s first retail season. Shoppers can also participate in spend-and-win activations at Mercato Mall, Majid Al Futtaim malls, Dubai Festival City Mall, and Dubai Outlet Mall. Additional rewards come via loyalty programmes from Tickit and AURA, alongside DFRE’s Lucky Receipt promotion.

Summer Restaurant Week
- Date: Until 13 July
- Location: Over 65 restaurants citywide
Diners can enjoy exclusive two-course lunches for Dh95 and three-course dinners for Dh150. Participating restaurants include Taqueriah Freedah, Arabian Tea House, Harrumanis, Bistro des Arts, Khadak, Couqley, and The Ninth Cut. Offers are available via OpenTable.
Beat The Heat DXB Concert Series
- Date: 5 July and 11–13 July
- Location: Dubai World Trade Centre
Sharmoofers, Aziz Maraka, and Ghaliaa perform on 5 July, followed by Soulja, Montiyago, and Moayad Al-Nefaie on 11 July. On 12 July, Bader Al Shuaibi, Abdulaziz Louis, and Nasser Abbas take the stage, while BigSam, Akhrass, and Lana Lubany close out the series on 13 July. The indoor festival includes immersive attractions and family fun for ages 10 and up. Tickets start from Dh105. Six winners will receive a two-month drive in a Nissan vehicle.
The Candle

An acclaimed one-man theatre production written and directed by Ahmed Abdulla Rashed and performed by Abdulla Masoud. The play explores memory, regret and isolation. Tickets start from Dh95.
Bikeera Saturday Al Qudra Community Ride

Cycling enthusiasts of all levels can join 6 AM endurance rides, split into two groups at 37km/h and 34km/h. Registration is required.
#ActiveSummer Run 2025
- Date: 6 July
- Location: City Centre Mirdif
Hosted by RX Coffee with Dubai Sports Council and Peloton Events, this indoor run offers 3 km and 5 km options for participants aged 13 and above, and an 850 m sprint for children. Finishers receive medals, certificates, and refreshments, with prizes including cash, vouchers and SHARE points. Registration starts from Dh47.25.
Elevate Runclub Interval sessions
